What’s In Your Purse?

Tips for not selling, but sharing solutions with others

Ever since starting with Young Living, I have found myself using them more and more, liking them more and more and learning how to use them for solutions to ailments more and more.

After a while, I just couldn’t help wanting to share what I knew, and also have kept handy a few of my most utiliarian oils…  in my purse.

Of course I have them all over the house, planted in strategic places where I will remember to use them, but what I have in my purse is an ever-changing rotation: depending on my mood; my travels and adventures; or how much exposure I think I’ll have to the general public.  Going to the airport for a long trip requires an entirely different set than going on a picnic with a few close friends.

Pictured here is my little set up, which I’ve had for years.  What’s in my purse this week is pretty standard, and the tools I would use in helping others resolve a few issues:

  • PURIFICATION:  I use for bug bites.  Gets rid of the sting immediately and keeps on-coming insects away.  I use it on moldy things, stinky things and anywhere I think germs are going to try to invade my system.
  • THIEVES:  Ditto.  Fights germs big time and a traveling safety companion.  If you’re getting on a plane, don’t do so without Thieves.  A few drops placed on a tissue or handerchief – inhaled consistently – and nothing, nothing will penetrate those oils.  (See the science in your desk reference about Thieves, and why it’s called Thieves.)
  • M-GRAIN:  Headaches and stress.  Ever been somewhere and somone is complaining about a headache?  Do you know how cool it is to get permission, apply oils, and 5  minutes later they look at you like something is odd and say, “My headache is gone.  I’ve had that headache all day!”  Cool!
  • LAVENDER:  The savior for anything you don’t know what else you should use:  works great on burns, cramps, headaches, sore muscles, stress relief and getting kids to sleep.
WOW!
I love these oils. What’s in your purse?
